Paul and I are childhood friends and have had many fun memories together. We talk about him getting me into bouncing at Club Cancune when I was 17, softball and Paul recounts when he went face to face with death in 2020. Josh chymes in with some interesting perspectives about military life and how we are indoctrinated at a young age and how it effects our mental health when we seperate from the military. We also talk about how Paul had a big part of my healing journey.
